This is one of the nicest first generation Escalade's I have seen in a long time. A South Florida vehicle for over 14 years with an excellent service history. The engine is smooth and powerful, the transmission shifts perfect. The interior is clean and smells nice, (no smoking or pet odors), I just had it professionally detailed inside and out. The A/C is very cold but the heater is not working. The brakes are in very good condition, all of the fluids are clean and it just had an oil change a few days ago. The Bose audio system sounds great and all of the power accessories are working properly. The paint is mostly original and in pretty good condition, there is no rust or previous accident damage, it does have the amount of rock chips, paint fade and flaws you should expect for a 17 year old vehicle with original paint and 168k miles. The CarFax Report shows it was well maintained and was regularly serviced by the Cadillac dealer. A recent trade-in at the same Cadillac dealer who sold it and has been servicing it for the last 14 years. I have test driven this Cadillac over 50 miles, on the highway and around town, so I am sure it is reliable and could be driven across the country without a worry.
