1980 Firebird Formula. NO RESERVE , highest bid wins. Restored and painted the original stunning gold several years ago . The interior was also redone at that time and looks new . The drive train was also restored at that time . The engine is a Pontiac 455 with a mild cam , Turbo 350 tranny with B&M quicksilver 80688 rachet shifter , 3:23.1 rear with full 3 inch dual exhaust to the splitters. The car runs great and sounds even better. New suspension with power disc brakes all around. Alpine Stereo , CDA9830 with remote. Drivetrain : 1973 455 Cu In Engine , General Kinetics P1H268HT camshaft (Dur @ 050 = 218 degrees . 458 int / exh lift) , Rebiult 4X heads , L2359F-30 TRW Pistons ( 30 over = 462 Cu In ) , heavy duty SFI flywheel and new harmonic damper , Edlebrock Performer intake manifold , Milodon aluminum water pump and oil pan , MSD digital 6 spark controller with rev limiter , MSD Blaster 2 coil , Pontiac Aluminum cast valve covers . TH350 transmission , Fully rebuilt by Select Transmissions , B&M Quiksilver 80688 rachet shifter , Driveshaft loop , Rodney Red Aluminum radiator ( no overheating issues ) , Transmission cooler , 3:23.1 rear , Dougs Headers , Full 3 inch mandrel bent dual exhaust with crossover , Flowmaster mufflers ending with new chrome splitters.. Holley 4150 HP 750 CFM – vacuum secondary / dual bowl / single pump carburetor. New GM gas tank with sump , two fuel systems with electric Mallory Comp 140 pumps ( motor runs on a deadhead regulator ) , the second system is return style . Body : The car was stripped down to metal and painted the original gold color. All weather stripping replaced , new body bushings , 4 KYB Gas Adjust shocks . Original 15x8 Snowflake wheels refinished with the gold body paint on the inlays , new emblems for nose and new center caps. Replaced blower motor and heater core. All glass in excellent shape. Garaged and covered. Over $30K invested by previous owner in restoration. I have a CD with photos of the restoration from start to finish. Additional photos available upon request. The car is turn-key , runs , rides and drives excellent along with being a head turner. This is just a really nice car for not a lot of money.
