I bought a bike just like this for myself last year and my wife who also rides commented on maybe wanting one as well. So I bought this bike for her as a surprise but she thinks that it is too big for her so it has been sitting around collecting dust. The bike is in really good shape. I would rate it a strong 8+ or even a 9 on a 1 to 10 scale. The paint is in really good shape for the year and the seats and saddle bags are like new. The things that look like stains or dents in the pictures are actually just reflections in the paint. There are no noticeable dents, scratches or any other issues with the paint. Some of the chrome is a bit faded as you would expect but all and all it shows very well. It does have after market windshield and foot pegs. The tires will need to be replaced and it could probably use a new battery. It starts and runs just fine but I do not know how old the thing is. The bike has anti-lock brakes but no handle warmers! The odometer reads 24.420 miles but it has stopped working after we bought it. I know it has less than 25K miles as we have not even registered it so we couldn't really ride it other than around the block but you will have to take my word for it. I think that the shape that the seats and saddle bags are in should attest to the fact that I am telling the truth. I had another bike like this that I sold with 77.000 miles on the clock and the seats and bags were pretty haggard. I will ride the bike to you up to 500 miles for a dollar a mile and the cost of my trip back home or I will help package it and ship it to you as long as you pay for shipping. I shipped my old bike to Texas for about $400. The buyer will need to send $500 via paypal within 48 hours of close of auction and the rest in cash or cashier check. Apparently due to the fact that I am using the side stand and the bike is leaning, a little oil may seep in to the lower cylinder and it will burn up when first started. Why it only does it sometimes and not all the time I do not know. It may have to do with the amount of time that it is parked for!? I do not know. Just an uneducated guess. Also for the serious folks that are interested in this bike, word to the wise, don't wait till the last minute as you may get sniped. It happened to me and it wasn't pretty. Enter a reserve you are comfortable with and hope for the best. These bikes especially this color will only head up in value from here!
