I purchased this car from the second owners in Salem, Oregon with 176k mi. Original hard to find Mesa Red paint on this coupe is in nice condition except some blistering below the belt line on the drivers door. This west coast car shows no signs of rust on body or undercarriage. Sunroof operates smoothly and seals without leakage. Optional chrome fender dressings in very nice condition with no dents or pitting. Kelly whitewall tires. The smoke free interior has original leather seats in nice condition, drivers left side lumbar has some blemishing (shown in photo). Door panels and headliner are in nice shape with no scrapes or sagging. Dash is original, free from cracks and wood grain trim nicely preserved. Carpets are original and in nice condition throughout (four Mercedes Benz floor mats included). Trunk compartment is well preserved with original paneling and carpet with no leaks, spare included as well as MB articulated valve wrenches. Engine bay and hood liner are like new. Original 5 cylinder turbo diesel engine and transmission operate nicely with no issues after most recent 400mi road trip. Mature ownership throughout it's life, well maintained and serviced regularly. I used the car as a daily driver in eastern Washington as well as touring car through some of the most beautiful highways of the Pacific Northwest for five years of my ownership (stored during winter) and the past two years it has been driven less frequently due to a career change which takes me away from home most of the year. On a recent road trip the odometer stopped rolling and I have put less than 1k mi since. I am offering this well preserved W123 coupe "as is" to a serious buyer.
