1998.5 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 12V CumminsUp for grabs is a 1998.5 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 with the legendary 12V Cummins in it! These are becoming more rare as the years pass because of the half year with the updated interior package combined with the 12V Engine! This truck has 198k miles on it with over $5K in recent work performed by NAPA MasterTechs Auto Repair here in Florida 5K miles ago! There is a long list of stuff done from the front of the truck to the rear! This includes: New Starter, New Radiator, Coolant System Flush, COMPLETE REBUILD TO AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION WITH LIFETIME WARRANTY Including: Transmission Mount and Fluid Flush of the Lines and Cooler, Complete Rear-Brake System including: Wheel Cylinders, Brake Shoes and Repacked Wheel Bearings, Valve Cover Gaskets and Rear Main Seal! See the pictures for detailed receipts! The truck runs and drives like its brand new! It has Interstate Batterys in it as well! The engine bay is very clean! This truck was pulled off of a ranch up north which is where the rust occured. It has rust on the front fenders, truck bed fenders, rockers, and very slight surface rust on the bottom of one of the doors which is minor compared to the other places. Underneath the truck is free of any major rust with the exception of some surface rust in places! (See Pictures) This would be an excellent candidate for a restoration because the entire driveline was gone thru from front to back! Also, the interior of the truck is in almost perfect shape with the exception of ONE crack on the dash which for these trucks is amazing! It even has the original Dodge floormats from the dealership in it! The AC is ICE COLD and will freeze you out of the truck! The 4x4 and all power options work great except sometimes the drivers door lock doesnt go down when you hit the lock button! If your looking for a holy grail cummins to restore than this is it! Only thing left is bodywork and paint! This is a true survivor and really needs someone to finish making her look pretty!
