please do not bid on this truck unless you are a serious bidder and plan on following through with the transaction if you win. I am selling my 59’ short bed, stepside chevy apache truck. Original 6 cyl. runs great, no smoke, rattles, noises or leaks. Manual transmission - 3 speed (on column) engine was supposed to have been re-built before it was parked and I believe it. runs great. not sure about the mileage but what I listed is what the odometer shows. Supposed to have a new clutch as well and clutch feels good. I have a set of hub caps for it but not sure if they are stock for this year truck, The look newer than 59’ to me. Everything works except the heater motor does not come on and I have not looked at it at all. Might be as simple as a fuse. original bench seat has a heavy duty seat cover on it. this is a very solid, great running truck and can be used as a daily driver. Worse thing about the truck is that someone cut the dash years ago to put in a aftermarket stereo. I have a home made cover plate over the hole now. original wood bed is still under the truck but is in poor condition (you can see it in the one pic.) a solid steel plate bed was added on top of this years ago.
