This 2012 Mercedes-Benz E350 4Matic Sport Wagon was specially ordered to exact spec, built in Germany on February 10, 2012, and delivered new at Mercedes-Benz of Traverse City (Michigan) on March 8, 2012 with 16 miles on the odometer. It has been under my fastidious and meticulous care since new. It has only ever been hand washed and it’s been regularly detailed and waxed. It’s always been garaged and never abused. The original MSRP was $62,985 (plus all the included extras noted below). A similarly-equipped 2016 E350 4Matic wagon costs nearly $70,000. This E350 wagon is in excellent condition inside and out. It has a flawless CarFax and has never been in an accident or had any paintwork. It has been serviced by Mercedes-Benz of Traverse City to exact “by the Mercedes service book” standards since new plus an additional (first) oil service using Mercedes-spec Mobil 1 synthetic oil and factory oil filter at the 6-month mark (September of 2012, with 4800 miles). It was recently serviced (November 2015) with 33,766 miles on the odometer. Every piece of paperwork and record since new is included with the sale including each and every service record (and the service book is fully stamped). The car is 100% stock outside of the removal of the rear “E350” and “4Matic” badges as well as the “Blue Efficiency" badges on the front fenders when new (Euro “debadge” setup—original badges included) and the addition of factory Mercedes 18-inch wheels/all-season tires/center caps/TPMS (see further info below). This Mercedes wagon has factory extended Mercedes-Benz full warranty until March 7, 2018 or 75,000 miles. The Pirelli PZero Nero All-Season MO (Mercedes Original) 245/40VR-18 tires on factory 18-inch Mercedes wheels have 50% tread depth. The original factory 17-inch wheels are fitted with Michelin X-Ice Xi3 225/50HR-17 winter tires with 80% tread depth. A set of factory Mercedes rubber winter floor mats complement the winter wheel/tire setup. Included in the sale are all original keys as well as floor mats (2 sets—summer and winter), winter wheels/tires/center caps, front license plate bracket (never installed), books, factory first aid kit, audio system demonstration DVD (sealed), all records, original sales brochure, window sticker(s), and a copy of the original MSO (certificate of origin). The rear-facing, 3rd-row seat gives the E350 wagon true 7-seat capability and is perfect for children and their friends. It’s the ideal anti-minivan/SUV family automobile. Only the Mercedes E350 wagon and the Tesla Model S offer this unique seating setup—the only non-van/SUV automobiles to offer seating for 7. For the 2012 model year, the E350 4Matic received significant updates. The model gained a new LED running light front fascia and, more importantly, an all-new direct-injection 302 hp V6 engine and 7-speed automatic transmission. This new drivetrain gives increased power output—0-60 mph in only 6.0 seconds—as well as a significant 17% bump in fuel efficiency versus the 2011 E350. The EPA rating for 2012 E350 4Matic wagon is an impressive 19 mpg city and 27 mpg highway. It can crack 30 mpg on highway journeys and, combined with a large fuel tank (21.1 gallons), gives an extremely long driving range before needing to stop to fill the tank (over 600 miles).
