1997 Jeep Wrangler TJ Over all this is a good find and will make any Jeep lover happy with their purchase. Description: Jeep has under 130,000 miles on it. This Jeep starts right up and runs great. Driving it, you will be clean, warm and dry. The clutch and trans work perfect as they should in all 5 gears. Occasionally reverse can be finicky, but if you let the clutch out just a little...it slips right in. Body is in fair condition as there’s been some rust repair and body covers added. Dings, paint chips and some scratches are consistent with age, but it looks great from 10 feet away. Frame is over all solid, there is some rust on underbody parts and components. The body mounts are solid, but the center body mounts on both sides do have rust corrosion. Floors do have some rust spots and drain holes on the driver and passenger side are missing. Interior is over all clean, and presentable. Top is a newer OEM and is in really good shape, windows are clear, zippers are good, and it’s not brittle. Tires have a ton of life and there on alloy wheels in decent shape. Known Issues: The windshield has a circular crack in it. The water pump does leak a little, but functions normal. Oil pressure gauge drops for a split second and bounces right back. This has only happened a hand full of times and the issue has been reviewed my our mechanic it has been determined that there are actually no mechanical issues taking place other than the gauge loosing the signal..Front brakes will be needed I have tried to be as descriptive as possible with this Jeeps condition.
