1998 GMC JIMMY SLE 4 DOOR 4 WHEEL DRIVE I purchased this brand new and it has served us well. Starts right up and it is great in snow. Vortec 4300 V-6 SFI gasoline engine. Tail gate has a dent (where I backed into it with my truck) but opens and stays up fine. Hood has three holes from where a non original hood ornament was. There is a hole in the top center of the dash where a GPS cable came through. Interior is good, just needs a good shampooing. No rips in seats, carpet has a wear spot on drivers side front. Left front fender was repaired years ago from a minor fender bender. Paint has worn off in spots mainly where it was repainted from the fender repair. The plastic bases of the outside mirrors have cracked and are held on by screws. Heater and air conditioner work good. Has remote start from the key ring. Car has 162321 miles. Tires are like new with around 1500 miles on them. Radio & cd player works. Tailgate glass defroster works.The wiper on tailgate glass does not work. Transmission was rebuilt about 10 years ago. Includes spare tire & jack. Has current PA inspection good until April 30th 2016. To pass PA inspection, it will need: rear spring shackles, left rear body mount, left frame brake line, right rear brake line, right front wheel bearing, upper control arm bushings and stops. Clear title.
