For sale is a 1998 Suzuki Katana 750. It was parked about 18 months ago and the carbs were gummed up when I pulled it out of storage. I have rebuilt the carburetors and replaced all gaskets, floats, o-rings and seals, but the carbs need to be synced and tuned. Also, the brakes need to be bled and the fluid flushed. Currently, it is not able to be driven until the brakes are bled and the carburetor issues addressed. That said, it's a great bike that was loved. I've owned it for almost 14 years and it has always been reliable and solid. Hoping this tourer goes to a good home! Note that although the bike will start, it races due to the issue with the untuned/unsynced carbs (leaned out). It ran fine prior to storage - I believe it's simply an issue with the carbs. However, I'm not a mechanic so please ask any questions you need to and I'll try my best to answer as best I can. This is being sold AS IS, without warranty and with no returns.
