1986 C10 Chevy Short bed Silverado Extremely Nice Truck! 1986 is THE LAST YEAR of the carbureted C10! The truck has a fairly new GM 350 / 5.7 litre engine Loaded Georgia SWB Truck – Tuxedo Black 350 V8 350 automatic transmission New ceramic coated headers w/ dual exhausts Cherry Bomb mufflers The truck has been repainted about 2 years ago It has recently neen professionally color sanded and buffed The paint including the bed is EXTREMELY Nice! Absolutely NO RUST AT ALL ANYWHERE Highly optioned Silverado new: Power steering, power front disc brakes Chrome rear step bumper Air conditioning – all there but needs freon Tilt w/ Monte Carlo SS leather wheel Power windows Power door locks Factory style black cloth seat recently recovered Dash is very nice. Interior is nice. New BFG TA Radials on factory rally wheels You could drive this truck anywhere, any day, all day long! OLD SCHOOL RIDE w/ a bit of a Hot Rod rumble!!! Its hard to believe this TRUCK is 30 Years Old! If you are looking for one on these C10 Square Body Trucks you know that they are very HOT and there are a lot of junky ones out there for sale, believe me I have 2 others and it took me a while to find my trucks, I have this one, a Red one and another Black one! I am sure my truck is probably priced higher than some, but go find a nice TRUE SOUTHERN C10 TRUCK very original, extremely nice with close to, if not SHOW QUALITY nice shiney paint, and in this condition anywhere near this price! If you can then I suggest you buy it! Clear GEORGIA TITLE in my name! Here is more detailed information: The truck has gone through a bit of a restoration, but I would not call it a total restoration. As mentioned above, the paint is probably considered SHOW QUALITY. Headers – new ceramic coated with Cherry Bomb mufflers and dual exhausts BFG TA Radials – new 255/60/15 Monte Carlo SS leather steering wheel It was repainted about 2 years ago and has just been professionally color sanded and buffed. Paint is EXTREMELY NICE! Odometer shows 30k on it, so I am guessing 130k miles???Actual miles are unknown - so title shows EXEMPT on miles The headers and Cherry Bomb mufflers give it a nice rumble, not too loud. Cam has a nice low lope at idle. The engine throttle response is very good! Clear GEORGIA TITLE in my name! It has a fairly new 350 crate motor with a mild cam. I believe it is the 350/290 crate motor with the mild hydraulic cam. The truck has power windows, power brakes, sliding rear window, dual tanks, factory AC, heat. The truck is overall extremely nice! The interior has new seat cover – cloth factory style, New carpet. I put a dash cap on it, but the dash under is very nice, it just has some minor “spider webbing”. I did NOT glue the dash cap on, so it is easily removable if you prefer. The air conditioning is all there, but it evidently has a leak as it was working. It has NO Radio. The hole is cut out. I can put you a decent one in there for about $150 or you can put your own in it. Also, as mentioned earlier one of the dual fuel tanks doesn’t work, my guess is it’s the pump in the tank that needs replacing and the dash switch is not connected. It is an original styled 1986 C10 Silverado with the exception of the ceramic coated headers, aluminum intake, and chrome air cleaner. Odometer shows 30,034 as of today, but actual mileage is unknown. I have driven the truck probably 200-300 miles to car shows and cruise ins and just around town the past couple of months.
