Up for sale is a 2001 Porsche 911 Carrera. All ignition coils and spark plugs were changed less than 100 miles ago (November 2015).This Carrera drives and handles very tight, similar to a go-cart. The Carrera sports a color matched power sunroof. The interior has factory tan leather with a suede headliner.The wheels and tires have less than 500 miles on them. No curb rash or scrapes. There will be absolutely no disappointments with the performance and driveability.This Porsche has lived a Rock Star lifestyle. From my understanding the Carrera was purchased new in sunny Southern California and called Laguna Beach home until moving to Las Vegas in 2010. The car was stolen and went missing until it reappeared in sunny South Florida 5 months later. The insurance company paid a claim to the owner and this car was branded with a Rebuilt/ Salvage / Theft Recovery Title. Salvage, Rebuilt, Theft....call it what you want. The insured received a check for Carrera and then the car was sold to the previous owner who bought it from.Interesting thing happened though when the title was transferred from FL Rebuilt / Salvage / Theft Recovery it came back with a clear title. Then when I titled it in Colorado, it also came back normal/clean with no mention of anything Salvage/Rebuilt/or Theft Recovery. Just wanted to be up front. I bought the car in October 2015 in Houston TX. I travel for my job, and am gone too much and do not have much time to drive it. Since owning it I have driven it about 400 miles. My wife is tired of it taking up space in the 3rd stall garage, paying insurance, it never being driven, and now she wants a new car, so I now need it to go to someone who will drive it.
