Up for Bid! This is a cool old 1950 Ford F1 pickup truck with a Flathead V8! The motor runs strong and appears to be original. The truck starts and runs and drives. Has manual transmission that shifts good. I bought the truck from an older gentleman that really took good care of her and it was garaged for the last 20 years! The truck needed a little help when I got her. I put in a new fuel pump, ignition, and new sylnoid. Had drum brakes rebuilt. Put on good rubber and nice moony wheels. So now the truck does run and drive. However the truck needs new gas tank or the tank cleaned and resealed. Truck is driving with just a can right now. Could use a good old fashioned tune-up and she should be good to go. Like I said motor runs strong, good compression. Clutch feels good. Brakes good. The truck is mostly original looks like it has been repainted once. I believe original color was red. Truck is orange and not perfect with scratches, chips, scrapes, blemishes. But actually still has a nice shine to her. Truck is mostly straight as well. All glass in good shape except driver side window has cracks, and should be replaced. The truck is mostly solid with solid frame, solid rockers, floors look solid. Overall a very solid truck but has normal rust bubbles in some spots. Overall the truck is not far away from being a daily driver. Here in Oregon we do not salt our roads and our vehicles hold up well. This truck being garaged has definitely helped! These trucks are hard to find mostly all original with the Flat head V8's Most of them have all been converted to 302, or newer 350's. The chrome is all in pretty good shape with no pitting or rust.
