Vehicle Detail
Over seven thousand invested in the motor alone. Starts out a 400 block bored 30 over. Line bored new cam bearings and water plugs. Plugs and screens put in the intake galley. Block was decked. Steal 350 crank turned .10-.10 to make a good crank. Special after market cast iron heads with small combustion chambers. I have all of the original tickets to back this up. All machine work was done by Eddie Brawder in Abilene Texas. These heads flow better than the track one heads. Manley pop up pistons. Finial compression is 13 and a half to one. The heads have 202 intake and 160 exhaust valves, all Manley parts. Screw in studs with guide plates, Manley parts. Crain Gold 1.6 roller rockers. The cam is a Lundi solid roller cam with 626 lift. With the 1.6 rockers you get 666 total lift. It has Lundi roller pop up lifters. The intake is a super victor. It has a 750 Holley on it but it comes off, it belongs to a super friend. The flywheel is an extra thick one. It has a billet MSD distributor. It has an MSD 6AL box on it. It has a MSD coil on it. The car has special headers on it. They are one inch and seven eights. It has a five inch Monster tack. It has three Summit gages. It has the stud kits all over the motor, American Racing Parts. It has a Super Small Balancer on it. It also has an electric water pump. I have a new fuel cell, electric fuel pump, special fittings, and a fuse tree yet to go in the car. I have a complete Master Over Haul Transmission kit to go in the 350 turbo. I have two transmissions, both go. I have a new never used 5000 stall converter that was built and ordered for the car, nine inch. The car has a ford nine inch rear end. It has a full spool in it with 4.86 eight mile gears. The car has Weld wheels up front and center line on the back. This motor has a seven quart oil pan. This car has a fiber glass hood with a tall backward scoop on it. This car is not finished yet. It has too much cam for the brake booster. It will half to be changed. Timing is set at 37 degrees before top dead center. This motor needed an MSD timing retard computer in order to use the stock 400 starter. I have had it running it sounds Great. This car has set in my garage for ten years. I have thirteen thousand invested in the whole car. My reserve is less than half of that. It now needs a new 400 starter. I have now lost interest in this project so my loss is your gain. On Mar-12-16 at 19:47:47 PST, seller added the following information: This motor has light weight Lunati H beam rods. They are rated at 750 horse power. On Mar-12-16 at 19:58:44 PST, seller added the following information: This motor is built to stay together. I was planning on adding 150 horse NOS to it. It has Pro Top Line 64 cc chamber heads. These heads flow better than the Brodiex Track One heads. The intake and exhaust ports are larger than Track One. It has some other neat stuff. On Mar-14-16 at 22:13:05 PDT, seller added the following information: Angle Plug HeadsOn Mar-14-16 at 22:58:32 PDT, seller added the following information: [A small ATI Super damper, so it will rev up quick and a CSR billet electric water pump] Two one inch wood like carb spacers recommended by one of the top engine builders in the Abilene and Lubbock area Mark Sanford. This was one of the last motors that Mitch Gardner worked on for Eddie Browder. Mitch CC the heads and shaped the top of the pistons to make the compression 13 and half to one. 7/16s studs in the heads, 3/8 chrome moly push rods, Chrome tall Summit valve covers, and an aluminum Summit timing cover with a cam button behind it. Cloys double row timing chain. Moroso valve cover Gold T screw on hold downs with GM hold down 4 inch spacers, 5/16 thick valve cover gaskets.
