IT’S A GREAT CAR BOTH COSMETICALLY AND MECHANICALLY. Its service history is also VERY strong with lots of recent work that YOU won’t have to do. That is a primary reason to buy this particular car. This S600 with its options topped $120K in 2005! If bidding tops $20K I will do everything needed to make it 110% ready to roll. With 493HP, it’s like a warp drive for the highways of planet earth. *** NO RESERVE *** This is a 3 owner S600 with a clean Carfax and Autocheck reports. No accidents, no paint or bodywork EVER. Has been a local PA car since new serviced at the same authorized MB dealer from new until 10/2015!! This S600 has an excellent and complete service history at authorized MB dealers. EVERYTHING this car needed was done with an open checkbook by the Mercedes dealer, and I have the service records to prove it; over $10,000 in repairs and maintenance since new. It was even a Mercedes Benz Certified Pre-Owned car, so it was under warranty until 2011. No skimping ever. Everything works, and has gone through multiple pre-purchase inspections. NO RESERVE -- Here she is in all her glory -- Please let me stop you now if you are looking for an inexpensive, needy, or average S600 like most of them for sale. This is not that car. I am hired by clients to buy over twenty AMG and 600-series Mercedes each year, and I can tell you there is ONE thing I look for: a car with a no-expense spared, documented, service and maintenance history. This is that car. I then take it for two additional inspections, and whatever it needs, it gets. Now YOU don’t have to pay to replace the ABC struts, guide bushings, engine mounts, evap unit, sunroof seal, coolant pump, etc etc. It’s all been done, and much much more, for the next owner. Ask any other seller if they will take their 2005 S600 to an authorized Benz dealer for a full inspection and fix whatever is found. The answer will be “NO”. Please understand, with these cars, you get what you pay for. I paid top-dollar to get this car, because it was nicer than ALL other S600’s I looked at for cosmetics and mechanicals, and then I made it even better. There are beater S600’s, nice S600’s, and mint S600’s. This one is mint…..period. Here's the deal: -- *** NO RESERVE *** This is a 2005 S600 in 744 brilliant silver metallic over 571 charcoal leather interior, with matching charcoal carpets and alcantara headliner. It has root burlwood interior wood trim as well. It looks like a million bucks, with no rust, oxidation, or wear anywhere. This car was LOVED and it shows, with a clean carfax/autocheck as well. There is not a ding, dent, or scratch anywhere…it’s unreal. But then again, with only 46K miles, it SHOULD look perfect! *** NO RESERVE *** -- -- Exterior 9 out of 10 - Amazing overall ORIGINAL condition paint, body, glass, and trim. No dings. No dents. No scuffs. This S600 looks amazing, with a deep shine to the silver metallic paint that's like looking into an endless mirror. This car looks great even under fluorescent light in a garage. Imagine getting an 11 year old silver metallic car with no swirl marks or spiderwebs in the paint….amazing! -- -- The lower side-body moldings are in great shape. The chrome, rubber, glass, and trim is all excellent and original. No oxidation, fade, wear, etc. as you might expect of a 10 year old car. Look at the body panels.....they are laser straight. -- -- This S600 is nicely optioned, with an original MSRP of more than $120K! Options include keyless go, rear-side window shades, parktronic, multi-contour active cooled/heated front seats, heated/cooled/electric REAR seats, trunk closer, heated steering wheel, CD changer, and more. And of course all the usual S600 gear like COMAND navigation, bi-xenon headlights, and much more.Wow! -- -- It currently wears 18” MB OEM wheels, five-stars that were a factory option on the build sheet and very rare. All true and in very nice condition. The Michelin tires are at about 40% tread remaining, but if bidding tops $20K I will include an extra set of new all-season tires in 245/45/18 with 100% tread remaining. This S600 goes arrow-straight down the road at high speed with no shimmy, pull, or anything else. -- -- Interior 9 out of 10 - The interior overall including all seating and door leather, seat padding, dash, console, wood, and carpets are in very nice condition. No dash cracks, carpet rips, very little wear of any kind in the interior. Everything looks and feels near-new. This is not the typical worn S-class - this car was a 46K mile garage queen every day of its life and it shows. These pictures are without even any type of detailing, just a wash and a vacuum off the truck to PA. There is no dullness or fade to anything…it’s really nice. All wood trim is dark and glossy without and cracks or fading. -- -- The door panels and wood trim are also in great shape, like the rest of the car. -- -- Even the trunk and spare are mint, spare and tools in place. -- -- Electrical 10 out of 10 - All lights, switches, radio, windows, wipers, seat motors/memory/pulse, and power mirrors work perfectly. Vacuum lock system, nav, remote keys, keyless go, interior lights all operating as they should. NO instrument cluster warnings, NO problems at all. -- -- The ABC system is operating properly with no leaks. The service history is excellent, and all documented at the MB dealer. The HVAC system is fast to respond, and operates perfectly with scalding hot heat and ice-cold A/C. Seat heaters and seat A/C all working properly. Even the TPMS system, which NEVER works on Benzes of this age, is perfect! -- -- Mechanical 10 out of 10 - Engine starts, idles, runs, and revs to redline in every gear smooth and strong. You can NOT tell when this car is running at idle! Transmission is smooth yet very aggressive, and downshifts eagerly to catapult you into the next county. No abrupt engagement, just silky smooth shifts. She runs at high speed with no vibrations or noises. There are no leaks....NONE. -- -- This S600 has passed THREE inspections with flying colors. A pre-purchase overall inspection with cosmetic inspection (scored a 4.1 out of 5.0 which is excellent!) and test drive, a suspension/brake/wheel/tire/exhaust inspection, and a Benz specialist shop has gone over the car as well. After their final and thorough inspection for any problems, the only things it needed were a Mobil 1 oil change, a couple of marker light bulbs replaced, a washer fluid pump, brake fluid flush, and a TPMS sensor. All done. She’s ready to roll. -- -- Engine is VERY strong and VERY eager to run, transmission smooth and ready to drop down two gears at your command to rocket you past slower traffic. Brakes are solid and pedal feel is firm. Suspension is tight like new, no worn tie rod ends, ball joints, struts, or anything else. Steering nicely weighted with no play in the box. ZERO leaks or noises. This car drives and handles like new. This S600 comes with all the books, tools, working remote keyless-go key, and line-list of EVERY SINGLE MB service visit since new, all the way back to day one! It’s pages and pages of four-point type….amazing! No expense spared maintenance and repairs. -- -- This S600 does not have any signs of wear, no rubber rot, no leaks, no ABC problems, no lukewarm A/C....NOTHING. Everything is in fantastic shape, and at only 46K miles, it's not even close to broken in yet! -- -- If bidding goes over $20K, I will provide the following: The good second set of new 18” tires mentioned above. A full $200 detailing including engine bay, carpet shampoo, leather conditioning, orbital polishing, etc. I'll also supply Toughguard protectant for the paint, which you have to see to believe. It will bead water, seal, and UV protect the paint for FIVE YEARS, GUARANTEED....no future waxings necessary. I know it sounds like a B.S. late-night TV claim, but it's not; dealers charge $695 and up for this stuff, and it really works. I will also include OEM floor mats, and Mercedes OEM touch-up paint. That’s close to $1500 in value all included when bidding tops $20K! -- -- Nits: A few minor touched-up rock chips on the hood from being on the road for ten years, a cosmetic scratch to one of the wheels, and a little rash to the bottom of the front bumper that has been touched up. A dent to the trunklid that I will professionally repair if bidding tops $20K. THAT’S IT! NOTHING ELSE!
