This 1962 MG MGA two door MKII 1600 features a 1622 CC four cylinder engine. It is equipped with a 4 Gear Manual transmission. The vehicle is White and it needs to be restored. Garaged and kept out of weather. This car is part of an estate sale. I am offering a vintage 1962 MG MGA MKII roadster that is in need of restoration. This is a project that has sat for many years in dry storage. A previous owner was painting it white and did a respray (over the piping, tc). The frame is straight but needs battery boxes as well as a few small patches in the frame where the floor rails mate up. The front fenders look very good and never repaired, There is no rust . The rear fenders look good and never repaired otherwise are original. The original engine and transmission are there, the engine ran well without problems but has not been started for a couple of years. . 98% (?)of the parts are there for a complete car. I can provide several pictures and if you don't see something that you think is necessary for the sale, lease let me know. The tires need to be replaced but all hold air. interior needs to be redo but have all original equipment including the seats. If you have any questions please ask.
