This is a fully loaded 2009 BMW 128i Convertible. It is wrecked but repairable. It does not have a salvaged title. The title is clean and clear with no lien holder. It was hit on the left rear. The motor and transmission where not affected and seem fine. Airbags did not deploy. The car does move around our lot but cannot be driven on the roads until repaired. Convertible top in good shape. This car does have some dents and dings and scraping off of paint in certain areas but all is repairable. There is no warranty on this car. It is sold as is where is with no refunds. Car is located in Phoenix, Az and can be inspected at any time. Please review all pictures and ask all questions before bidding ends. Buyer is responsible for shipping of vehicle we will assist in anyway we can. A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is due within 24 hr of auction ending and the remainder is due within 5 days.
