Vehicle Detail

I have received many emails, texts and phone calls because it is also listed on Craigslist for sale. I reserve the right to cancel sale based on these factors. Secondly I have had questions about it being owned by me and why it was sitting for 3 years as if I am being dishonest about the ownership and not being driven for that time. Well because it was a lease I purchased it after the lease was over because I really liked it very much and I had history and so many good times in it, that I could not bare to part with it at that time. Just because it was a leased vehicle, does not mean I did not have ownership of it. If you lease a home, and are telling someone to come visit you at your house, are you going to tell the person to come visit me at my house, or are you going to tell them to come visit you at John Smith's house, the true owner of the house because they actually own it? Basically it's the same exact thing. And as Stated: ONE OWNER, A-Title, no one has ever had ownership other than General Motors, and Myself. Now the sitting for 3 years, not that it is anyone's business as to why I did not drive it for that period of time, I did touch on that info as written below. One person seemed to be very curious as to why would I lease a vehicle and let it sit for 3-years? Hmm well if he would have read this in its entirety he would have a reason that is appropriate. The lease was for 3-years and ended in 2010, therefore it was no longer a lease from 2011-2016. I owned a Suburban and a car as well. The only thing I will say about that is " Divorce ", I hope this clears up the person's confusion and concludes a further need for information. If anyone wants anymore pictures and the original window sticker. Please contact me: twoThree1, FourZero9, Thirty15. kbb-com Retail fair value: $6,300.00, Trade value for a dealer in fair condition is: $4,800.00. Repairs for salvage yard parts & painting is Apx.: $1135.00 to get it back to tip top condition. Maaco charges $100 per panel to paint. If I had the funds I would fix it and then sell it. If you get already black body parts there wont be a need for painting. This will bring the price down drastically. 2-Doors at RPM salvage $200, Fender $35, Bumper cover $45, Headlamp $25, Header panel, $30, Running boards $45, Windshield $40, Installation $ $40, Burn hole repair $75 drop off at local dealership when interior person is there. This is $535 in parts and that's all. I have owned this vehicle since it was brand new. Recently Repaired items: In 2015 the following repairs have been completed with documents to show: Both front Wheel/Hub Bearings, Brakes all the way around from sitting for 3 years. Just will need rotors the next time. I drained and refilled the front & rear differential and used $ Royal Purple Fluid, Synthetic. The Best on the market. The transmission had a flush and fill, along with the transfer case. Oil change has always been kept up. Has a K & N Filter kit and I still have the original system if you want to go back to OEM. New Spark plugs were installed last fall. Tires will be good for another season. The outer tie rod was replaced last summer. There have only been apx. 8,000 miles on this since 2011. I drive it once a week to grocery shop due to the SUV storage space. It has trailer tow package with a 2" hitch receiver. Also has a new connector for the plug in. Have the original owners manual and all the paperwork for repairs. The only thing this needs is body repair and painting. Over the years there have been some damages due to fender benders in these big winters we get here in Northern Michigan. Some kids that were over partying while I was gone decided to go in the garage and sit in the truck and smoke, so there is misc. burn holes in seats and on visor. Its a gray fabric. The passenger seat has a burn hole and this vehicle was smoked in. However for $75 a guy mixes materials and any car lot across America and paint to match and can fill those holes and Fabric paint spray and you wont even know they are there. I used to work at a dealership and watched the guy in action. Covers them up and they look good. There is also a tear in the passenger seat due to hauling a piece of metal from Lowes. The exterior has several misc. damages also. I will try to explain fully and also photo well. The windshield has a crack from a branch falling down while this was stored for 3 years. It was not driven from 2011-2014 as I had a Suburban that I was using to haul kids and friends around in. A guy pulled out of the gas station and smacked the doors on driver side and along the back wheel well. I priced 2 black matching doors at salvage yard for $200 for the pair. This truck has the rust free metal and does not rust, accept for the front driver side fender as that is an after market one, and now also has damage due to a snow storm and I hit someone in the rear end while trying to avoid them it caught the front bumper. headlamp, grill & fender. I priced all these parts out at the salvage yard as well and it was $35 bumper, $25 fender, $25 grill, $30 for headlamp and $15 for the headlamp panel support. Both OEM running boards are broken. The drivetrain is great and I would trust this to drive anywhere. I have driven it to Tampa twice in the past. I was using it to drive back and forth 4 hours south in 2015. Got a newer truck for work so really don't need this anymore, and am looking for an 8x24 or 8x20 foot Snow mobile trailer or car hauler trailer for storage, and can trade. If you are looking for a low mileage fixer upper this is for you to keep and use. Great for the teenager should you need a dependable cost efficient easy to repair SUV, than this is also for you. If you are a dealer looking to re-sell this than you know you get discounts on all parts & repairs and you can probably make $3000 off the sale give or take. 4 wheel drive & Auto 4x4, Power sliding Moon roof, Trailer tow, Roof rack, Alloy wheels, Running boards, Dual climate control and radio functions in the rear, OnStar, Remote keyless entry 1 Fob, Multi disk stereo,
