MechanicalI have never driven one of these newer Mazda Sport Wagons until now, They are a very versatile ride with plenty of power and awesome handling. I did my normal inspection and followed up with a test drive. I took this Mazda on the highway and followed up with some in town driving. It handles well with firm suspension and tight steering. The engine is strong and the Transmission shifts smoothly. Good brakes and the tires still have about 70% left. The sliding doors on both sides were very handy as I took this wagon to the store to buy cleaning supplies and a few other errands. Best of all, Everything works as it should including Ice Cold AC!! And no check engine lights. Body And Interior The body is straight and dent free. I stated that there are a few scratches and a couple scuffs here and there but absolutely nothing noticeable. However, since in most cases used cars are not perfect, I am sure you may find a couple of blemishes if you were to look very closely. Overall, this is a very nice Wagon and a very nice and unique design. Both rear doors are sliders and The interior is clean with no funny smells. There are some minor signs of normal wear on the driver side interior door handle (cosmetic only). The carpets are clean, and there are no cracks in the dash. I also have included a picture of the engine and under carriage of this Mazda. This vehicle is RUST FREE! Final Thoughts! If you are looking for a versatile, extremely functional SUV or sport utility wagon with Third Row Seating then this is your ride!! Hands down this is one of the most useful vehicles I have ever driven. Its low to the ground and extremely easy to drive. This is NOT a grandma wagon. This is a smooth powerful Mazda that will get up and go!! I drove around from store to store and did all of my shopping while test driving and absolutely loved it. Easy in and out along with easy convenient loading. Nice stereo system as well and very easy to use all of the features included. This vehicle has been well maintained and it shows.
