1965 Lincoln Continental Convertible Click Play in the Center to Watch the Video I hope you enjoyed the video. There are 50+ high resolution photos below this description. Stand out among all the Mustangs and Camaros with this extremely rare beauty. They only built about 3k of these cars and it's estimated less than 100 remain on the road today. Probably only a handful in this type of condition. We take this car to shows all the time and it is always the only one there. In fact, there were over 6000 cars at the Turkey Run this year in Daytona and we had the only Convertible Lincoln there. Clubs and restaurants will pay you to park it in front of their establishment. We parked next to a brand new lime green Lamborghini once and the owner was mad because no one was paying attention to his car anymore. This car has a clean Florida title in my name. I drive it almost every day. It starts with the bump of the key. The motor was removed and rebuilt and it runs very strong. It drives straight and smooth with no wobbles or shakes. It steers effortlessly and stops very well. Lots of new bushings, shocks, brakes, etc went into making this car drive so nicely. It will go 100mph like its riding on rails. It is very reliable. It's one of those rare classic cars that you can hand the keys to your wife without hesitation. All of the window switches are new so they actually work every time and will for many years to come. The top works every time as well. It actually has a remote that runs the top all the way up or down from start to finish with one button press. This is a really cool feature that draws a lot of attention. My wife loves to hit the button from across the parking lot when coming out of a store so by the time she gets to the car there is a crowd watching in awe as the top goes down by itself. The car has two brand new mufflers and two new resonators so it is exceptionally quiet just like it was designed from the factory. It is virtually silent when cruising down the road so all you hear is the wind... and horns honking, and people shouting "nice car." You have to give yourself extra time anywhere you go because people are always going to come up to you and talk about the car. I don't think I've ever made it out of a gas station without at least a couple people coming up to ask questions. I highly recommend anyone seriously interested come see the car in person and drive it, but be prepared to fall in love. It is a driver and it's 50 years old so it's not perfect, but it's ready to take you anywhere you want to go and steal the show when you get there. The headlights (hi & lo beams), tail lights, blinkers, and brake lights all work as they should. I'd be happy to drive the car to a shipping company within 50 miles or pick you up at one of the local airports if you choose to fly in and drive it home. I will not end the auction early and there is NO RESERVE so this car WILL SELL to the highest bidder. Don't hesitate to call or email with any questions or to set up an appointment to see the car. I have sold several classic cars here on ebay with 100% positive feedback so bid with confidence. To answer some of the questions... The power seat does work. It is a six way power seat that slides forward and back, up and down in the front, and up and down in the back. The motors all work and it slides forward and back perfectly. It also goes up and down in the front just fine. The part of the switch that makes it go up and down in the back isn't working, which doesn't prevent you from sliding forward or back, or tilting the seat, so you can still position the seat as needed to sit comfortably. I've probably made this more complicated than necessary and I should've just said the power seat works, but I want to be a clear as possible. As for the paint... again, I am probably just being overly picky. Most people who see the car think it's just amazing. There are no dents or dings in the paint or even any major scratches. It just isn't one of those $10,000 perfect mirror paint jobs, which may not even exist since I've never really seen a perfect paint job. Cars always look better in pictures and again I'm just trying to be honest and upfront. The interior was professionally redone and hand stitched to factory specs. Extra money was spent for the higher quality cushion material and it was done a little thicker to give extra support. The result is these are literally the most comfortable car seats I've ever sat in. They are in excellent condition with no rips, tears, or even scratches anywhere. Everyone comments on how comfy and nice the seats are when they sit in it. There are still some things you could do like the passenger windows don't line up perfectly, the bumpers could be rechromed to make the perfect, you can put a $5000 sound system, and you could spend the rest of your life customizing all the details just the way you want them. Or you can just get in it and go! I've been enjoying this car as it is for years and thoroughly enjoy it. It's one of the most fun cars I've had and it gets far more attention than any other. Thanks again for all the emails and keep sending questions and compliments. Oh, and for the most common question so far... The "dream girl" in the video is my wife and doesn't come with the car. Although...... lol.
