Vehicle Detail

Up for auction is my 1968 Ford Mustang GT Coupe transformed into an Eleanor GT500E tribute car. It has a brand new 302ci V8 crate engine from ATK Performance with well over 320 horsepower. It has a new 5 speed T5 manual transmission, front disk brakes, power steering, Edelbrock carburetor and Cobra valve covers and air filter. All the interior has been upgraded with a digital dashboard, new floor and trunk carpet, new front seats, re-upholstered back seats. It has a custom sound system with dual bass. I have taken this car to several car shows and it always draws a crowd. I have invested a lot of money and time in this car and its hard to let it go but need to make room for my new toy. I'm setting a low starting bid price with NO RESERVE. Eleanor Mustangs sell well over $50k. Highest bidder takes this muscle car home in time for the holidays! The car is located in Land o' Lakes, FL, 15 minutes north of Tampa. I have a clear title under my name from the State of Florida now. It had a couple rust holes in the floor pan and some surface rust. I had the car professionally restored at a body shop using a car rotisserie. No bolt left unturned. New floor plans were installed. The car was media blasted and all surface rust removed. The undercarriage was sprayed with heavy-duty protective coating. A fiberglass Eleanor body kit was bolted-on and then molded. The car was painted using the original Eleanor paint codes (Pepper Grey Metallic - Dupont Fleet 44490) with black racing stripes that extend the whole length of the car from front to back. The car has been mostly garaged kept. I take it out once in a while for weekend drives and car shows. It has a very aggressive muscle engine sound when idle and during acceleration. Lots of power to the rear tires. You can listen to the exhaust system at: https://youtu.be/OFCI9PBSRFE Note: Car will need a touch-up paint job as it has some paint cracks and scratches. ShippingI will gladly assist with shipping and can drop it off anywhere within the Tampa Bay area or you can arrange to have the car picked up. WarrantyThe car is sold "As-is" with no warranty. You can have the car inspected or come see it by yourself before bidding. PaymentA $500 immediate deposit is required within 24 hours. Balance is due in cash, cashier's check or bank wire transfer.
