Here's the deal: -- This is a 2008 Porsche 911 Carrera coupe finished in black paint with saddle leather interior. It has 31,xxx original certified miles, has been serviced properly and regularly since new, and has a clean title with no issues. This 911 has NEVER had any bodywork, paintwork, or accidents. ONLY ONE OWNER SINCE NEW! -- -- Exterior 9.25 out of 10 – I'm finicky! :) Very nice condition paint, body, and trim. No scuffs or dents, just some tiny touched-up rock chips and a few door dings. This 911 looks great, with a deep glossy shine to the paint. It even looks great under florescent light in a garage. Please keep in mind you are viewing this car without any sort of detailing...just a hand-wash, vacuum, and wipe down in the garage. No polish, no wax, no carpet shampoo, no leather conditioning, NOTHING YET! -- -- Lower side-body moldings, wheel wells, and engine bay are all nice. Looks like a classic 911 from any angle (and will be fully detailed prior to delivery!). Rubber, chrome, trim, glass, alloy wheels are all in very nice, and more importantly, ALL ORIGINAL condition. -- -- The body panels are perfectly straight, the paint glossy and smooth. -- -- This 911 wears factory OEM Porsche optional 16" forged alloy wheels. The tires are worn out but at the BIN price I will include a good matching set of Michelin tires with about 75% tread remaining. -- -- Interior 8.75 out of 10 - The interior including seating and door leather, headliner, seat padding, dash, console, and carpets are in very nice ALL ORIGINAL condition. No cracks or rips, and basically very little wear to the leather, carpets, dash, and door panels. The seats look and feel great. Everything is in great shape. No sun fade, dash cracks, or dried out leather. It's amazing for an original 29 year old car! -- -- The door panels and trim are also in great condition, like the rest of the car. -- -- More of the nice interior. -- -- Electrical 10 out of 10 - All lights, switches, radio, windows, wipers, rear defogger, etc work perfectly. The HVAC system is fast to respond, and A/C is cold while the heat is hot. -- -- This 911 coupe came loaded with options including special leather interior for $1397, Monterey cassette radio for $657, shortened shift lever travel for $50 (fifty dollars!!), power door locks for $263, 16-inch forged alloy wheels for $1659, sport shock absorbers for $210, and electric sunroof for $1015. -- -- Mechanical 10 out of 10 - Engine starts, idles, runs, and revs to redline in every gear smooth and strong. Transmission is smooth and glides perfectly into the gears, and clutch takeup is excellent. This 911 runs at high speed with no vibrations or noises. There are no leaks, only mild normal seepage (dirt sticking to area, no droplets forming). -- -- The 6-cylinder boxer engine is strong and eager to run, transmission/clutch smooth and ready to go to move you past slower traffic. Brakes are solid and pedal feel is firm. Suspension is tight like new, steering nicely weighted with no play in the box, and alignment (including thrust angle for steering wheel centering) perfect. No leaks or weird noises. This 911 Carrera coupe drives and handles like, well, a Porsche 911 Carrera coupe should! -- -- Look at the condition of the engine bay on this 29 year old Porsche 911 Carrera coupe!! -- -- Just had a 30K mile fluid/filter service and engine oil. In the past its had routine maintenance and repairs done at the authorized Porsche dealer, just check out the invoices!!! It has two keys, all books, service records, and more. And at 31K miles, it's barely broken in! -- -- At the BIN price, I will also include the following; the set of 16" Michelin tires mounted and balanced mentioned above. New front brake pads. Also a full detail including engine bay, hatch, and carpet shampoo worth $200. I’ll also include a complete set of floor mats, and ToughGuard paint protectant. This stuff is simply amazing for durability, as it will last up to five YEARS. Dealers charge up to $695 for this stuff. That’s almost $2000 worth of stuff! -- -- Nits: A few minor rock chips and door dings. Slight cracking to the paint on the bonnet in a 4"-5" area on either side of the nose depression. Some very minor marks to the carpeting but they will likely shampoo out during detailing. Basically nothing else. How a twenty nine year old Porsche 911 can have basically zero issues or problems is beyond me. But I'm telling you, the first person to see or drive this 911 will buy it……it’s ridiculously nice for an original car. -- -- I have great feedback, and sold many Audis, Acuras, and Benzes that the new owners are thrilled with. The remaining balance is due within five days of making the deposit. You must scan/email or fax us your state issued driver’s license after you make the deposit. We also require proof of insurance prior to delivering any vehicle. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a bank/cashier’s check, bank loan check, wire transfer, or cash. We will not release the vehicle and/or title until funds clear back to the issuing bank. If you pay cash, you can pick up the vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup as soon as the wired funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank/cashier’s check, you will have to wait for the title until the funds clear back to the issuing bank unless alternative arrangements are made. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles until the funds clear back to the issuing bank. Bidder’s Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid. Storage Terms: Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for five (5) calendar days and at nineteen ($19) dollars per day after that. Liquidated Damages: In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, we shall be entitled to liquidated damages from that bidder in the amount of two thousand dollars plus two hundred dollars per one thousand dollars of the total purchase price of the vehicle.
