2012 Honda Civic LX Coupe Black 46,779 miles Automatic Well-equipped Damaged Repairable CLEAN TITLE IN-HAND Runs and drives on the lot Here’s everything I know about the car and what it needs: The company I own does police towing and we were dispatched to tow this car from a relatively minor accident. The previous owner / driver is a Chinese national and local college student. Because it’s hard to get / afford collision coverage for young foreign students, he had only the minimum required liability. Since the accident was his fault, he knew he was, essentially, out a car now. Since he had no real means or knowledge of how to dispose of it on his own, I negotiated to buy it from him and erase the bill due me. I’m now offering it for sale to recoup my investment / tow bill. What it needs: Right ¾ front, 3 air bags (with associated required parts), windshield and minor RF suspension repair (Strut appears slightly bent). There is also some minor and very repairable damage to the right ¼ panel and rear bumper cover. The car still runs great and can be driven on the lot and, more importantly, onto a transport truck, if necessary. I am NOT a body shop, so I can only go on observation, but I’m pretty confident that what my inspection revealed is the bulk of what the car needs. I’ve been watching Copart the last week and there are several parts cars available throughout the country which are hit in the rear and contain everything needed to properly repair this one. I don’t “think” the frame cradle is bent, but most-likely swayed a little.
