This pick up is very original and solid for an unrestored pick up. Notarized Bill of Sale only No title,( many states use bill of sale for registration on older vehicles as there title for registration) check with your state. Up for bids is what is becoming very had to find. A 1955 GMC short narrow bed pickup with original paint. Seems to have been in the high country in the good ole US of A (Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Wyoming), all of it's life!! Has solid floors, jambs, firewall, step ups to floor very solid, hinge pockets feel solid. I removed the seat so you can see how nice the cab floor is. Has very small (golf ball size) rust spot on passenger side by 1/4 kick up, cab corners down low, fenders at rear lower by doors, small amount over head lites. Rest of cab is very solid as is the bed (one of the nicest I've seen). Doors latch and close, windows roll up and down, wind wings work, no cracks in glass. head was removed due to collapsed lifter #2 cylinder. The motor spins freely, I checked all cylinder walls, they look excellent. Has 57 Chevy grill installed instead of GMC grill which was remove decades ago. Factory Options: Dual sun visors, radio. spare tire carrier, deluxe cab/trim, with tutone paint the awesome turquoise with white cab accents, dual brake lights, foot pedal starter, dealer installed spotlight. Factory rear bumper, heater-defrost. The bed, tailgate, and header panel are near perfect. As are bed sides , fenders. This truck rolls, steers, clutch works, tires all hold air, comes with all parts pictured in bed, plus intake and exhaust manifolds not shown. Check out the original paint on interior, and whats left on exterior creating an awesome patina. Original passenger visor and driver visor cover, and look at that original patina on steering wheel.
