1981 Honda CX500 DELUXE, This is an excellent example of what these bikes were back when they first came from the dealer back in 1981. This CX500 was well kept and freshened up to address the parts that time would affect. The shocks (Progressive), fork seal and tires are all recent. The paint is in very good shape with a removable vinyl stripe. I have added a Cafe style seat and cowl, the original seat, a windshield and luggage rack is included for those who can appreciate a true original bike. The exhaust is stock but painted flat black, carbs and air filter are clean, no leaks. New battery this summer. There are many examples CX500's custom Cafe Racer builds that can be done by even a novice motorcycle enthusiast.
