2000 Honda CR

This is a super clean, low hour Honda CR250R.It is a two owner bike that is in excellent condition.The original owner only rode it twice, and it sat in storage for 12 or 13 years.It is all original, except for the FMF Fatty pipe, Powercore 2 silencer, and brand new DID gold chain and Talon sprockets. The chain and sprockets were just installed a couple weeks ago and only have one ride on them.It still has its original brake pads with most of the material left, and it original tires with most of the tread.This bike has never been down, there are no scrapes on the frame or foot pegs. All plastics are original, and the radiators are perfect. The original handlebars are straight, but do have some paint missing from tie-downs.This bike has tons of compression, and runs VERY strong. It is no where close to needing a rebuild.I only run Pro Honda HP2 premix oil 32 to 1, and it barely smokes. It does not foul out spark plugs, even with a 53 year old riding it (me).There are no leaks or issues with this bike, it is ready to hit the trails or track.I just changed the gear oil (Pro Honda), spark plug, and air filter (UNI) with only on ride since.This is one of the best CR250s Honda made, before the RC valve was introduced in 2002.The 2000 and 2001 had the hardest hitting, most powerful engines ever.The 2000 is the last year for the awesome Keihin PWK Airstriker carb. I have never touched it !I have been watching CR250s and parts for months here on Ebay, and I can part this bike out for more money.
