NO HIDDEN PROBLEMS, NO RATTLES/CLUNKS/SQUEAKS, JUST A GREAT RIDE. Here's the deal: -- This is a 2008 Acura TL 5-passenger sedan in charcoal metallic with black leather interior. It has 126,xxx original certified miles, has been serviced properly and regularly since new, and has a clean title with no issues. This TL has NEVER had any bodywork, paintwork, or accidents. -- -- Exterior 8.75 out of 10 – Very nice condition paint, body, and trim. No significant dings, scuffs, or scratches, just some touched-up small areas due to chips/scuffs. This TL looks great, with a deep glossy shine to the paint. It even looks great under florescent light in a garage. Please keep in mind you are viewing this car without any sort of detailing...just a hand-wash, vacuum, and wipe down in my garage. No polish, no wax, no carpet shampoo, no leather conditioning, NOTHING! -- -- Lower side-body moldings, wheel wells, and engine bay are all nice. Looks like a lower-mile TL from any angle (and will be fully detailed prior to delivery!). Rubber, chrome, trim, glass, alloy wheels are in very good condition. -- -- The body panels are perfectly straight. -- -- This TL wears Acura OEM 17” alloy wheels, and they do have some minor marks that you get at this age/mileage. The tires are pretty much worn out. But at the BIN price, I will include a BRAND NEW set of matching all-season tires that have 100% tread remaining. -- -- Interior 9 out of 10 - The interior including seating and door leather, headliner, seat padding, dash, console, and carpets are in great condition. No cracks or rips, and almost zero wear or creases on the leather anywhere. The seats look and feel new. The HVAC system is fast to respond, and A/C is ice cold while the heat is scalding hot. LIKE NEW! -- -- This Acura TL is loaded with options including; leather seating, power windows and locks, power reclining front seats, alloy wheels, moonroof, cruise control, and much much more. -- -- Mechanical 10 out of 10 - Engine starts, idles, runs, and revs to redline in every gear smooth and strong. Transmission is smooth and glides perfectly into the gears. This TL runs at high speed with no vibrations or noises. There are no leaks of any kind. -- -- The V6 engine is strong and VERY eager to run, transmission smooth and ready to surge forward at any RPM to move you past slower traffic. Brakes are solid and pedal feel is firm. Suspension is tight like new, steering nicely weighted with no play in the box, and alignment (including thrust angle for steering wheel centering) perfect. ZERO leaks or noises. This Acura TL drives and handles like new. -- -- Just had a 120K mile fluid/filter service and engine oil. In the past its had a new battery, brake pads, wiper blades, chassis lube points greased, and more for over $800. This was preventative routine maintenance…there was nothing wrong with this car whatsoever! It has two working remote fobs, all books, and more. And at 126K miles, it's barely broken in! -- -- At the BIN price, I will also include the following; the new set of tires mounted and balanced mentioned above. Full timing belt job done by a licensed mechanic. New brake rotors. Also a full detail including engine bay, hatch, and carpet shampoo worth $200. I’ll also include a complete set of floor mats, and ToughGuard paint protectant. This stuff is simply amazing for durability, as it will last up to five YEARS. Dealers charge up to $695 for this stuff. That’s well over $2500 worth of stuff! -- -- Nits: A few minor rock chips, touched-up scuffs/scratches, and other normal signs of use on the road, etc. NOTHING ELSE. How a 126K mile Acura TL can have basically zero issues or problems is beyond me. Payment Information: If you are the winning bidder, you must contact us within 24 hours of winning the auction to set up payment arrangements. We require a $2,000 non-refundable deposit within forty-eight (48) hours of winning the auction. This deposit can be made through PayPal to brucem105@comcast.net. In the alternative, you can make your deposit via bank wire transfer and we can provide you via email the information needed to make such wire transfer. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements acceptable to us are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within five days of making the deposit. You must scan/email or fax us your state issued driver’s license after you make the deposit. We also require proof of insurance prior to delivering any vehicle. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a bank/cashier’s check, bank loan check, wire transfer, or cash. We will not release the vehicle and/or title until funds clear back to the issuing bank. If you pay cash, you can pick up the vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup as soon as the wired funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank/cashier’s check, you will have to wait for the title until the funds clear back to the issuing bank unless alternative arrangements are made. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles until the funds clear back to the issuing bank. Bidder’s Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid. Storage Terms: Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for five (5) calendar days and at nineteen ($19) dollars per day after that. Liquidated Damages: In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, we shall be entitled to liquidated damages from that bidder in the amount of two thousand dollars plus two hundred dollars per one thousand dollars of the total purchase price of the vehicle. Sales Tax & Other Fees: Depending on the jurisdiction of your residence, the vehicle may be subject to a sales tax. Choice of Law & Forum: Buyer agrees that in the event any dispute shall arise, we have the sole right to select the venue and location where such dispute will be heard.
