Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is my sharp 1966 Ford Mustang 2+2. This car is set up like a Resto Mod Mustang. It has a Ford V8 engine with serpentine. belt, a 5-Speed transmission, 4-Wheel power disc brakes, HEIDTS Front End with Rack-N-Pinion Steering, Tri-Bar Headlights, Custom Interior, Cobra scoop, spoilers, and gas cap, A late model Ford 8.8 rear end with 3:73 positive traction unit, a (Hide It Suspension Kit) with, 2 inch dropped spindles, coil over shocks, 4-wheel power disc brakes with 11 inch Rotors, Wilwood Red Calibers with thrust bearings, Etc. Etc. Etc. Talk about Beautiful. At first glance the car looks Black. But upon closer inspection, you will see that the color is Ford Moss Green with Olive Metallic Stripes. The stance on this Mustang is second to none. The wheels are American Torque Thrust with B. F. Goodrich tires. The Comp Headers with the Flowmaster Mufflers sure make for one Mean sounding Mustang! This love the way this car handles, its like a Go Cart! I purchased this car from a dealer last year and love it, unfortunately I have to make more room for other cars. If you're serious, feel free to ask me anything, I'll tell you all I know. The title is clean and it's ready to be shipped or picked up. Q: Will you sell to a buyer outside the US?A: Yes, as long as the deposit and full payment is made per the auction guidelines. Also I'm about 30 miles from Seattle so the car could be delivered to the Port of Seattle to save on shipping costs. Q: Are you interested in trades?A: Not at this time Q: What is the engine size and what modifications does it have?A: I believe the engine and transmission came from an early 90's mustang. That makes the engine a 5.0 (302)- Externally it's carbureted but the electronic ignition was retained and headers were added.- Internally I don't have any knowledge of what was done but based on how it runs/idles, etc I would assume it's stock- It runs great, there is no sign of age (leaks, smoke or burning oil at any time) Q: Can you tell me about the shine / clarity? On a scale of 1-10 where 10 is very shiny, 7 it slightly dull, 0 is well... crappyA: The finish is not show car winner quality, it's a pretty good paint job but was done some time ago (I would guess 8+ years ago). I would rate the paint finish an 8.
