I purchased the bug for my son and he never took an interest in it! so I've finished it and I'm moving on to a new project. Really only drove it enough to break the engine in and changed the oil twice/adjusted the values twice. I've got a 4X4 I'm working on next which I'm more passionate about.• 1641CC Dual Port Engine with 1180 miles on new rebuilt engine. Lots of new parts.• Dual Kadron Carburetors• Pertronix Electronic Ignition, no points• Remote oil filter• Oil cooler• EMPI exhaust• 31" Super Swamper tires in rear, 15" front • 4 inch body lift• Front and rear coil over shocks • G-Force 5 point racing harness and racing seats• Full internal roll cage• Custom floor mats and custom carpeting. Floor Mats are custom cut and set directly in the pan so you don't have to worry about water and carpeting is black with blue piping with underlayment, looks really good. If you're looking for a true Baja, you have found it. . . There's a war wound in the driver's door I never bothered to fix, (see pictures) you can do that. . .. . .. . .. I think it adds to the personality!
