1969 Honda CB

1969 CB450 K1 with matching serial numbers 3007059 frame & 3007063 engine. These are very rare sold only in 1968-69 and is high on the list of collectible Honda motorcycles with low production numbers. I like older classics that still have some of the original character and patina, so it has been restored in a way to maintain that appearance. Most parts replaced were NOS or good used original 1969 Honda parts. Bike frame has been completely dis-assembled and repainted. The tank was older paint with some very slight crazing under the paint in a few places, hard to see and still has a very good shine, so it has been left alone and tank is clean inside, not rusty and petcock rebuilt. New front fork seals and oil. Both carbs professionally cleaned and rebuilt. Very nice lower mileage engine was fitted with all new seals, gaskets, spark plugs, points and condenser. The chain and sprockets were new a few hundred miles ago, brakes & cables all excellent as well. New battery, and the charging/starting system and lighting is working properly except for the neutral light. The speedometer needle started moving erratically last week just after the pics were taken, so an NOS speedometer has been installed. Also had bolts in place of side cover screws which have since replaced with correct screws. New classic style front and rear tires. Very nice bike, ride it anywhere! Clear Indiana title in hand.
