No RESERVE 1968 Monaco would make a great car to restore it is solid and comes with the build sheet under the seat. I had the rear seat out to show part of the floor pans and to see the build sheet. the rear quarters trunk pan and crowl is where the most of the rust is. The car I was told was running when parked and only had 66k on it but who knows. I had tried to turn the car over but the starter will not turn it and I cant turn it by hand. The title is clear.
