This is a custom triumph bobber built here at our shop . Professionally built by triumph experts . We have totally re-built , re-placed, or restored every bolt and nut on this bike , it's basically brand new ! It starts one kick easily every time ...runs drives and shifts perfectly . The bike is short and tough but has great ground clearance and would make an awesome show bike , bar hopper or daily driver/commuter ! We have perfected re building and customizing these bikes with all the " right" parts to make them run perfectly and reliably . Engine : *Totally rebuilt and blue printed (all tolerances and clearances checked and adjusted or modified to match factory specs) *1968 triumph bonneville cases *Crank re built and checked for straightness with new sludge trap, crank bearings *Rods were checked for straightness and have new big end bearings and wristpin bearing that have been honed for a perfect fit * Trans rebuilt with all new bearings , and shift detent * Primary rebuilt with new front sprocket,chain, chain adjusted, clutch hub,clutch pushrod,pressure plate ,steels and friction disks * New boyer electronic ignition ,new coils , new stator ,rotor, and tympanum regulator * Bored .060 over with new pistons and rings * New push rods and pushrod tubs * New valve tappet adjusters * New valves , springs, cups, and retainers * Stainless steel hardware kit for all side covers , OEM style check fills plugs installed on all covers and cases Front end : * New -3.000" fork tubes with all new internals,springs and stainless steel spring cups * New front brake pads and pivots * New bars, headlight ,hand controls, brake cable, throttle ,grips and steering lock Chassis /Frame : * OEM 1968 Triumph front frame with 0.000" stretch acme bolt on hard tail * OEM kick stand * Acme rear motor mounts * New rear brake drum, sprocket,shoes, pivots , and brake rod Body : * New re-production triumph gas tank with new petcocks and fuel cap * Custom rear fender and hand made fender struts * Custom modified sportster oil tank with triumph oil line fittings * Hand tooled one-off acme seat There are more things I'm sure I'm leaving out ....but this list covers most of it ...look carefully at the pics and see for yourself ....the bike is awesome !
