1986 Chevy 3/4 Ton Custom Deluxe 20 2WD Full Size Bed P U Truck. 350 ci V8. 4 Brl. Have to pump the gas pedal a few times at the first start of the day, but starts easy after that. Carb likely needs some TLC or a rebuild but engine runs good, no leaks, no smoke, no noises. Dual Exhaust. 3 sp auto trans. Pwr steering & brakes, disc in front. Factory A/C. Radio is missing. Steering column is not original. Dual fuel tanks. Fuel gauge reads about 1/2 higher than actual. Odometer reads 22,179 miles. However, based on the history that I know of about this truck I believe the true mileage is 122,179 miles. Runs and drives great. Doesn't burn oil or leak. Body good, straight, no rust-thru, only some spotty surface rust, never wrecked. Interior a little bit rough. Full size bed has good liner. Tires are decent. Spare tire & factory jack. Engine rebuilt about 50K miles ago. Trans, rear drive, front end rebuilt and new Pwr Steering pump, battery, belts & brake job about 20K miles ago. New master cylinder about 20 miles ago. Good farm/work truck. Clear 'original' title, i.e. not salvage or insurance loss. Current Tags. I lived in Texas for a few years. A guy who owed me some money gave me this truck in '06. I took it to Christian Brothers Auto in Texas. They did a lot of work on it. I drove it up here to our farm in Oklahoma. My Dad (in his 80s) put about 15K miles on it driving to town and back to get supplies and such. My wife and I moved up here in '08. We have a couple of diesel Ford trucks that we use. We gave my Dad a car. Consequently, I've only put about 5K miles on it since then. Even though I know I can't get back the $6,500.00 I spent having all that work done, I've finally decided to sell it. I just can't see letting it sit around any longer; it'll make somebody a good truck for work, or farm, or pulling or hauling things. It has a lot of torque and is a good strong truck. If you ask me, I'll send you the Drop Box link to the video of the truck with the engine running and of it being driven. As far as Payment and Shipping: $250.00 down within 2 business days of sale - I prefer PayPal, but a cashier’s check that I can verify is okay. However, when you pick it up please only bring cash, or use PayPal. I will not accept anything else. I will not release the truck until the sale price is fully paid and verified. Please make your own arrangements to drive it home, or take it on a trailer, or whatever.
