Selling due to unexpected medical expenses. Never thought I'd sell this car; owned for 11 years. Just a beautiful original survivor Buick. I've sold the house and the Buick has nowhere to go... Must be picked up by the 1st of October and totally paid for within 72 hours of auction close. In the last year: new brakes, new American Classic steel belted radials (look like bias tires), exhaust system, fuel pump, coolant flush, front end bushings, full tune up - including installation of pertronix electronic ignition, new battery from antique battery and voltage regulator. In all nearly $4,500 spent in upgrades/repairs since last winter. Comes with complete weather stripping kit from steele rubber (original weather stripping still in pretty good shape). A lot of new gaskets, spare parts, complete spare fuse/light bulb set, plus all sorts of literature...please refer to pictures. This was the top of the line Buick model in 1948, big straight eight, dyna flow, big brakes, special order leather/broadcloth interior, etc. Everything works...except the clock. Radio sounds great once the tubes have warmed up. Wipers work excellent, all gauges work, lights, signals, etc. All original car: paint/chrome/interior, etc. Survivor, 57K original miles.
