Vehicle Detail

There isn't much left to do to this 1969 Mustang to make it a daily driver. This pony has been garage kept and cared for and has a clean and clear title ready to go. This is not an auction for a vehicle with a bill of sale or no proof of ownership; this can be registered in the buyer’s state. This is a turnkey 302 automatic transmission with dual exhaust with no oil leaks. The vehicle starts and runs after a quick warm up. The choke on this carb will not engage so on very cold days or after not driving it for a while, it will need to be closed shut and then started. Since that is an issue I will include a replacement carb (see pictures Holly 8105B) that is fairly new that came off my 69 F100. It also has a hairline radiator leak so after driving long distance will start to get warm. I suggest replacing the radiator to not have to worry about adding water every few days. The car was originally Pony Red but has recently been plasti dipped (can be peeled off) to protect it from any further deterioration. There are very little rust spots but not much and nowhere important. This car will need minor body work and a paint job to be brought back to original condition but as it is, it’s in good condition. I have owned this car since 2005 and have slowly added things to it since then but there are still things to do to a car this old. The carpet is in great condition and there is plenty of tread left on the tires. There is some light damage to the front driver's side fender and door. Disc brake conversion has already been completed on the front. The rear bench seats look to be original and the headliner is in good condition up till where it meets the rear window. The passenger side quarter panel window is plexiglass and will need to be replaced. Also the passenger door was recently locked and now will not unlock, I do not know the cause of this. I’m trying to be as forthcoming with all the positives and negatives about this car but if I missed anything, please ask questions and I will do my best to answer them. The car is being sold as is with no warranty. Youtube video of start up and quick walk arounds (before/after plasti dip)         On Sep-05-15 at 13:57:33 PDT, seller added the following information: Because people have been asking if the plasti dip was hiding anything, I have decided to remove it. The car will be sold without the black plasti dip. Everything else remains the same.
