Vehicle Detail
2005 Porsche Carrera Gt Roadster 5 Speed Manual Transmission Arctic Silver over Black. This car was built in California & only driven 1080 miles since completion. I have receipts for over $70,000 just in the work that was done. Car was professorially built for a Plastic Surgeon in LA he had this car built because he did not want to rack the miles up on his original Carrera GT & wanted to drive it all the time. So he drove it for a few years after it was completed in 2011 and he retired & moved so he sold the car. This car is awesome I take it to local restaurants here in Charlotte NC and Valet park the car and always getting pictures and crowd of people looking at it. I have had Porsche Club members look at the car all over and not know it was not the real McCoy. This car is very well optioned it has power Steering, Power 4 Wheel Wilwood Disk brakes, Cold A/c Power Glove box, Rear Trunk electric pop, Engine is a fiero (GT) 2.8 high-output, 140hp, 2.8-liter V-6 & Muncie-built Getrag five-speed manual transmission. The Getrag 282 transmission was a 5-speed manual transaxle designed by Getrag forChevrolet. It is sometimes referred to as the Muncie 282 or the Muncie Getrag 282, as the transmission was manufactured by the Muncie, Indiana manual transmission plant. It has been used in various front-wheel drivetransverse engine applications including theChevrolet Cavalier, Pontiac Sunbird, Pontiac Grand Am, Chevrolet Beretta and theOldsmobile Achieva. It was also used in the mid-engined rear-wheel drive Pontiac Fiero. In its later years, the Getrag 282 was manufactured by New Venture Gear and renamed the NVG T550. Make no mistake this car sounds like a real super car and looks the same and is fast car goes really nice down the road.
