This vehicle was purchased new and professionally converted to disabled accessable by MOBILITY CORPORATION. It has lowered floor and remote controlled side ramp. It has been garage kept and meticulously maintained. It is in excellent condition and has no rust. Has CLEAR TITLE - NO LIENS - READY TO TRANSFER . HANDICAP/DISABILITY DETAILS: This is Chrysler Town & Country Van. It was converted by MOBILITY WORKS Corp. in Albany, NY using the professional VMi (Northstar system.) Here's what it does: When activated via remote fob the passenger sliding door opens - the ramp slides out and the van lowers. There are 3 ways to activate the system. 1. Use the remote fob. 2. Use a magnet on the key fob and slide across the tail light. 3. Push the button located to right of the drivers dash. These give the user plenty of options to activate the system. There is also a manual push button located inside the drivers side sliding door and a mechanical crank system if needed. This van has a lowered floor to give the user more head room for entering the van and comfort if riding in the middle of the van. The ramp slides out at an angle sufficient for easy access. The user is able to operate himself. The middle seats have been removed so the chair user has room to get in and out, and sit in the chair in the middle with tie downs. This van is also equipped with power swivel front seats that move back and forth and swivel This allows the chair user to slide to the drivers seat or ride in the passenger seat if desired. The front seats are removable if the chair rider needs to drive from his chair. This van is not equipped with hand controls to drive but are available at MOBILITY WORKS, which has several outlets throuhout the country. We are not affiliated with Mobility Works. This van was purchased new from them. We just had the system serviced there. The entry system is easy to operate and a owners manual is included. Any questions - please call, text, or email. MECHANICAL DETAILS: Equipped w 3.8 V-6 efi Engine. Clean engine compartment. New Battery. Always maintained: Oil changed reguarly. Only 12,300 original miles. Was recently NY State inspected for safety and emissions with new sticker. Runs excellent. Full Power. Transmission shifts smoothly with no problems. Vehicle rides down the road straight and smooth. No excess noises. Exhaust and brakes are good - performing properly. Tires are good Good tread and in excellent conditions. Set of four snow tires with rims are included. The snow tires look almost new. Transmission shifts smooth. Engine runs smooth and plenty of power at all speeds. The van has a booster on the battery that plugs in to save battery drain. BODY & EXTERIOR DETAILS: This van is finished in deep factory blue with all original paint and NO RUST. It has been garage kept and is only driven occasionally. The paint shines new. NO accidents. Very few scratches and very few small dings. If we find any scratch or ding we will photograph it and detail here: Scratch: light one on drivers side. Slight small ones near rear hatch. Small Ding: near passenger headlight. small - photographed. Possibly one or two others very small dings. Van isn't perfect as it is used - but in very nice condition. Always garage kept. The body and frame is completely solid with NO issues. INTERIOR & COMFORT DETAILS: This is fully equipped roomy van with lots of features. The disabilty features are listed above. The leather seats are in excellent shape with little or no wear, and there are no rips or tears. The dash, trim and header are in excellent condition. The interior front floors were lowered and do not have carpeting. Carpets are clean with no known areas of wear. Dash is in excellent shape. Smells nice and fresh with no odors. This van has NEVER been smoked in. Overall this interior is excellent and is clean and odor free. Fully equipped with lots of options - see below.
