Vehicle Detail

-1930 ford California high desert roadster body, w/clear Texas title in my name -was an old hotrod/drag car back in the day. the body is straight with only a nickel sized piece of rust on the drivers front edge of wheel well. and cut up wheelwells from back in the -day. Solid panels. firewall was cut back to cowl brace, braced with steel and aluminum sheet back in the day. everything on the roadster has been gone thru and or new. this was -built as a bare bones 50's style hotrod -1930 ford roadster body channeled 6 inches windshield chopped 2in with new laminate glass. New flat floor front to back. -1929 ford chassis with stock suspension up front minus 2 leafs, rebuild 1964 falcon open rear 8in w/3.78 gears and ebrake with new brake components . -modified model a rear spring mounts for rear spring. -model a wishbone shock mounts. all new 1940 Lincoln bendix 2"shoes up front, modified f1 shock mounts, -rebuilt 1948 ford f1 modified steering with modified clam shell mount. split model a wishbones -new channeled steel filled 32 grill shell -32 ford style dietz headlights with halogen bulbs w/modified headlight bar. headlights have quick disconnect for that lakes look in seconds. -1942 glass ford taillights with vintage license plate light -british vintage yellow fog light -freshly powder coated gloss black 35 ford rims with new firestone 6.00 blackwalls with spare and 2 extra wire wheels, 1 possible bent and 1 not powder coated -1935 ford cowl vent welded in, and working -1932 ford style dash modified to fit 30 dash filled with new winged stewart warner gauges w/hidden side switches and key -late 30's Buick modified steering wheel to fit multi splined ford shaft with ford 1949 crestliner symbol -sectioned ford folding bench seat, with 2in bomber seats belts, last insp. 1963 -new ansen style hanging gloss powder coated brake/clutch w48 ford master cylinders -new lakerster black lokar gas pedal -new model t style 11 gal gas tank with fuel sender -8ba 24 stub flathead ( was an old engine builders test motor, supposedly only 90hrs run time) -motor looks to be pretty stock rebuild, with new offy aluminum heads -New Bubba electronic SBC Mallory dual point converted distributor, -new powergen alternator . -rebuilt 2x2 holley 94 with dual straight pipe exhaust and chrome tips -rebuild 1988 s10 T5 with mechanical speedometer w/ 60's chrome 3 speed hurst style shifter -shortened driveshaft with new ujoints -modified old cream roadster top with roll up rear window, folds down and up in seconds. had button snaps on sides for side curtains( which I do not have) -Hood and deck lid are louvered with traditional flared louvers from Socal in Las Vegas, while the hood sides are the flat style louvers. -The oil filter was just added this past weekend as well as a new mechanical oil gauge. since the build I have put about @2000 miles, this is a fun hot rod that is was build to drive and have blast. She gets a ton of attention everywhere I go. it is a hotrod and does have some rattles and squeaks but always brings a smile to my face when I'm out driving her. Also just to info you I'm 5'5 so I fit pretty good but if your taller you might have issues with knees and steering wheel or catching bugs in your face. I have tried to describe the roadster to the best of my ability and if you have questions please feel free to ask or call 702-336-2140. Buy is responsible for arranging shipping of the vehicle and if your in the Los Angeles, Phoenix area I might be able to deliver for an extra fee. As you can see pretty much everything on the roadster is new or been gone thru. the one thing that I'm unable to vouch for is the engine as it was built when I got it but she runs strong and doesn't appear to smoke. Things needed -rear deck lid inner skin(was removed in its racing days) I have new aluminum inner deck lid skin fabbed just needs install -one piece steel hood (needs metal work/light trim) -light body work and paintOn Aug-11-15 at 12:17:48 PDT, seller added the following information: https://youtu.be/-1r5ReSbLqA
