Up for auction is a 1969 Charger that does run but needs a complete restoration. I’d say this car is very complete minus the radio and bottom trim around rear window. Color is burnt orange and has tan interior with column shift and woodgrain steering wheel. It is a 318 car that has an Edelbrock Performer intake, original Carter AFB, and electronic ignition. Engine seems to run good and sounds tough (needs an exhaust system); it idles great. It will need to be trailered as the brakes barely work and it dies when given throttle. The radiator also has leaks and I think it should have a complete rebuild of suspension, brakes, etc to make it roadworthy. The frames appear solid but it needs driver and passenger floor pans, trunk, quarters, rear valance, etc as noted in the pics. There are misc rust spots here and there on the car. Appears fairly solid around rear window and roof in general. Hood is rough with a fabbed scoop (not bolted on but the hinges and springs are there to do it if wanted). I had plans to restore it but have too many projects to handle right now so I have to get rid of a few. I also have a ’68 and another ’69 Charger that I will be selling in the coming months; same condition as this car but missing grilles and other misc. Again, this is a 46 year old car that needs a total restoration; it is a project so please keep that in mind. Feel free to ask questions! On Aug-03-15 at 17:14:04 PDT, seller added the following information: I should have added this I when I relisted...I had a commitment by an ebayer to buy the car so I turned away several interested parties. After telling me how high his credit limit is and sending pictures of cash this clown backed out.,,after I had turned away other potential buyers. Lesson learned on my part. That is why I relisted.
