Vehicle Detail
The car was parked under a car cover over a year or so ago. It was running perfect when parked. Not running now. Fuel has gone bad and fuel filters are probably gummed up. Car was taken off the road due to family financial crisis. I couldnt afford to fuel it and insure it any more so parked it and lost interest in it. Its been sitting since. I did used to start her once a week but started to forget and left it too long where the batteries were weak and that was it. Ive had it over 8 years and never had an issue with it while it was running. Its a rare 6 speed model which is why I originally bought it. I spent over $18k in parts and maintenance shortly before it was decommissioned and have the folder of receipts to prove it. A list of items replaced on the car is as follows........New headlight buckets, headlights and adjusters. Intake manifold gaskets. Water pump and hoses. Upper and lower oil pan gaskets. Expansion bottle. Fan clutch. Radiator. Valve cover gaskets. Spark plugs, distributor caps and rotor arms. Fuel injectors. Magnaflow stainless rear mufflers. Bilstein shocks and Dinan springs all around (car was converted from the troublesome SLS system). Dinan sway bars front and rear. New control arms upper and lower. Ruff Racing 18" rims 8.5" front and 9.5" rear. Lifetime 3M window tint. The car was pretty much gone thru top to bottom and had no issues until I had to park it. I hate to see her go but she needs to go to someone who can restore the cosmetics and bring her back to where she needs to be. Its a rare 6 speed manual version and that in itself makes it worth the restoration work. Ignore the date on the pictures. These pictures were taken yesterday 7/24/15.
