Up for sale is a 1989 Chevrolet Caprice Classic Brougham. It has a 6.0L LSX (LS2) engine with the 6L90 transmission (today's equivalent to the TH400 but is electric and has 6 gears). The engine and tranny has less than 40k miles on it. I've driven it about 7k miles since engine swap. The engine is drive by wire, has 2 1/2 Flowmaster dual exhaust, Edelbrock headers, and ICE COLD A/C! It's cooled by a 4 row radiator with dual electric fans from a 2010 Camaro that keeps the engine temp below 210 degrees with the A/C on full blast in 100+ Las Vegas heat! It has transmission and engine oil coolers with steel braided hoses. It also has the Dakota Digital Dash. The rest of the interior is all original with no tears in the seats, solid headliner that is in very good condition (no sagging and not coming apart), the only flaw is there are some cracks in the dash. Has driver and passenger 8-way power seats, power windows and power locks. Has remote start alarm system that allows you to start the car up to 3200 feet away and includes automatic park lights while you drive and has built in feature for the lights to remain on for one minute after you leave the car to allow a lighted path for you to get into your home safely. Has original paint and full Vinyl top that are both sun faded. Car is solid from top to bottom and the body has normal door dings but no dents and the body is very straight. The door jambs, fender wells, trunk floor and under carriage are all solid with no rust or pitting and you can still see the original two tone blue paint. Underneath the trunk carpet the trunk pan is solid and looks just like it did when it came from the factory. Has original jack that still looks new and I've gotten rid of the small doughnut and added a full size spare tire. You will not be disappointed with this car...solid, reliable, cold a/c, hot heat, seats that feel like a couch, and you can jump in and drive the car anywhere!
