There are tons of new components accessory wise as well as mechanically. The CJ-5’s are becoming harder and harder to find especially in this condition. This is a clean title truck with everything functioning properly other than the fuel gauge and speedometer. (it is intermittent). Interior: The interior is all new black vinyl and looks great in contrast to the white paint. The floors are painted with no floor mats and have holes for water to drain. The factory speedometer and oil pressure gauge remain but are not functioning. There is also a grab bar on the passenger side dash. The diamond plates on the back are a great feature. Exterior: The new white paint is in great shape has plenty of luster. The new Bimini top gives the Jeep a great style and is easy to come off if you prefer riding topless. The tires have a nice look adding a little grittiness to the classic cruiser. This is a No Rust CJ-5. Drivetrain: The rebuilt inline six-cylinder engine is a legend in the Jeep world and is one of the most reliable engines ever built. This one produces plenty of power and is linked up to a rebuilt 3-speed manual gearbox that handles the power well. The four-wheel drive system is functioning properly and gets this Jeep through the softest of sand. The power steering is definitely a wonderful creature comfort added to this classic.
