My retirement finances have reached the point where I am having to convert my toys to cash to pay for propane for heat so my fun little VW Bug is up for auction. I have been driving the VW to roll-ins all year with no problems. The entire front end has been rebuilt. New king pins,link pins, tierods, steering box and pitman arm. Brakes have been goen through and work fine. Engine and transmission both work fine. No rust through anywhere. Flloors are very good. The headliner needs to be replaced - And a new headliner comes with it. New carpeting for the floor also comes with the car. It could use some new window fuzzies to make rolling the windows up and down easier. It's a fun car to drive, but when you are retired, sometimes you just have to give up things that you like - Sigh.
