On Jul-16-15 at 12:49:04 PDT, seller added the following information: The original suit of sails, main and jib, are in very good condition. There is an entire spare suit of original equipment sails, standing and running rigging which are new and have never been used. There is a very little used spinnaker (moved to a small lake after we got it and there was hardly room to set the thing). The boat has not been used since 1994 and has been stored.800 pound swing keel lets you reduce the draft (how deep the water needs to be) to two feet. (You can find the exact depth in some of those documents upstairs, but I think it was either 18” or 2’ with the keel up and about five or six feet keel down.)Internal rudder makes this 22” more like a 23” or bigger with an external rudder.Very comfortable weekender.Manual bilge pump, but it never took on water, so wasn’t used.
