1969 Hugger Orange SS RS 396 325 hp . Total restoration in 2010 ,car retains all original body panels except GM cowl hood that was added some time ago. Was 99.9% rust free before restoration, the only damage was from the vinyl top. Car was totally dis- assembled , plastic media blasted and received a high quality Dupont Chroma base paint job, suspension was rebuilt, all new ball joints tie rod ends drag link pitman arm bushings etc. power steering box was rebuilt, sub frame radiator core and related suspension components were powder coated, Underneath looks as nice as the top. All new brake system, calipers master cylinder, prop valve all lines etc. Original matching number 396 engine was rebuilt to stock specs, runs as it should. Correct number, service dated carb was proffessionaly restored, Engine compartment is nicely detailed with correct hoses clamps etc. New forward wiring harness, new battery. Black deluxe comfort weave interior, console with gauges, tach,quartz clock, woodgrain dash, new carpet and headliner, all new latex weatherstrip, power windows that work as they should ,all new tinted glass , Custom Autosound stereo. All new exterior trim some was NOS. Rally sport head lights open and close as they should, 14 x 7 rally wheels with almost new Goodyear Polyglas tires, original 12 bolt rear end, this is an original Hugger orange , black interior car , trim tag has never been removed. This is a beautiful example that must be seen in person to appreciate, pictures do not do this car justice. I am sure I am missing some details so please feel free to ask any questions. Has not been driven much since restoration.
