1977 CADILLAC ELDORADO BIARRITZ - 48,982 Original Miles $6500.00 All original paper work: Sales receipt, pre delivery report, warranty brochure, maintenance schedule, citizen band rules, owners manual, service manual, still original title and more. Unlike the other full-size Caddies, Eldorado continued in its previous form (and elephantine size). A brushed chrome molding reached across the new coordinated horizontal-style grille and headlamps. This year's grille pattern featured more thin vertical bars than before and stood on a line with the headlamp tops. Individual "Eldorado" block letters sat on the hood front, above the grille. Rear fenders held new rectangular side marker lamps, while new vertical taillamps formed into the bumper tips. Power four-wheel disc brakes had cooling fins. In the modified automatic climate control, the compressor ran only when needed. The $1760 Biarritz option (introduced during the 1976 model year) included a special fully-padded Elk Grain cabriolet roof, formal quarter and rear windows with French seams, and opera lamps. A matching vinyl insert accented the aluminum crossover roof molding. Stripes highlighted front fenders, doors and rear quarter panels. A script nameplate stood to the rear of quarter windows. Black-accented moldings ran from the hood front all the way back and around the roof. Sierra Grain leather covered contoured pillow seats. They produced 1,999 with this option in 1977.
