It’s MACH 1 time baby! This is your chance to get a rare car indeed; a 2003 Ford Mustang Mach 1 V8, in rare Azure blue over black leather, with only 35,xxx original miles. Even more rare, it’s a one owner car that has been serviced extensively at Ford dealers since new. This Mustang looks great and drives even better. Everything works including the ice-cold A/C. I am selling this Mach 1 for thousands and thousands below market value, because it has the common piston-slap noise coming from the engine. In spite of that, it drives perfectly, with smooth clutch and trans, tight steering, great brakes and suspension, and all power accessories working perfectly. YOU ARE SAVING THOUSANDS OFF OF THIS CAR’S NORMAL RETAIL PRICE!!! -- Here is your BEAST!! -- This Mach 1 has been serviced to within an inch of its life, and inspected twice in the last month!! It needs NOTHING other than the piston-slap repair and replacement to the driver’s side left side bolster that has a tear to the leather. Please read on to find out more. Here's the deal: -- It's a 2003 Ford Mustang Mach 1 coupe in azure blue over black leather/suede interior, with matching carpets and headliner. It has only 35,xxx documented original miles, looks like a million bucks, and drives like a million bucks too! – -- Exterior 9 out of 10 (I'm finicky) – Very nice overall condition paint, body, glass, and trim. No dings, no dents, with only a thin scuff to the right front bumper and a few touched-up paint chips in over 12 years on the road. This car looks amazing, with a deep shine to the glossy azure blue paint that's like looking into a mirror. This car looks great even under fluorescent light in a garage! You will not believe the cosmetic condition of this car inside and out. It’s THAT nice. -- -- Never any accidents, with a clean one-owner carfax. Even the lower side-body moldings are in nice shape. Chrome, rubber, glass, trim is all very good. No oxidation, fade, wear, rust, etc. Headlights and windshield are clear and do not have ‘road-rash’.-- -- Look at the body panels.....they are perfectly straight. -- -- The wheels are staggered and original in very nice shape. Tirea are PZ-9000 performance tires with 70% tread remaining. This Mach 1 drives straight as an arrow at any speed you choose. -- -- Interior 9.75 out of 10 (with one exception) - The black/charcoal leather interior overall including all seating and door leather, seat padding, dash, console, and carpets are in great original condition. No dash cracks, carpet rips, very little wear of any kind on the leather (but the driver’s bolster is torn and needs minor repair, probably $175 at an auto upholstery shop). Everything looks and feels nearly new; you can’t even tell anyone has been in the car. No smoking, no eating, no drinking. -- -- The door panels and trim are also in nice shape, like the rest of the car. -- -- Even the headliner, trunk, and spare are perfect. -- -- This Mach 1 is equipped with leather seats, AM/FM/CD, leather steering wheel, power windows and locks, and more. -- -- Electrical 10 out of 10 - All lights, switches, radio, windows, wipers, and power mirrors work perfectly. The HVAC system is fast to respond, and perfect with hot heat and ice-cold A/C. -- --Mechanically 10 out of 10 (with one exception) - Engine starts, idles, runs, and revs to redline in every gear smooth and strong. Transmission and clutch are smooth, with lightning fast positive engagement shifts. The car runs at high speed with no vibrations or noises. There are no leaks. -- -- Engine is strong, but this Mach 1 has the very common piston-slap sounds fomr the lower end. It needs a shade-tree mechanic to sleeve it in the garage, get a used motor swap, or maybe someone has wrecked their Mach 1 and has a good engine to put into this car. It’s not very expensive to repair if you are handy and a Mustang enthusiast, and this car is priced low enough so that after the repair, you will STILL own it below market retail value. -- Brakes are solid and pedal feel is firm. Suspension is tight like new Steering nicely weighted with no play in the box. This car drives and handles like new. -- -- It has all its books, working remote keys, and complete service history including warranty records form the Ford dealership. Thousands spent on service over the years, and recent services include oil change, thermostat, and much more. With only 35K miles, this car is not even broken in yet. All you have to do is drive. -- -- The BIN price also includes mats and a full $200 detailing including engine bay, carpet shampoo, leather conditioning, orbital polishing, etc. I'll also include ToughGuard paint protectant. This stuff is simply amazing for durability, as it will last up to five YEARS. Dealers charge up to $695 for this stuff!
