Here is my 1974 Ford Econoline E-100 "Shorty" van. This thing has been a blast to own. I have used it for some art projects,hauled art with it and have taken it on little camping trips to the lake and whatnot. Pros: One of the last vans built in this body style. Build date is October of 1974. 1975 began the 3rd generation of the E-series vans. Motor has 40,000 miles on a rebuild.RUNS PERFECT!!!!!!It is the small E-100 short wheelbase with no windows except for the rear doorsSlider side door. Newer tires on the old school '70's Fenton slotted mags. They have all the center caps as well. Everything works great! Excellent gas mileage! I have been slowly fixing it up and it's a pretty clean van for the most part. Was a plumbing van in the '70's and in the 80's it was used to haul band gear around the Northwest for gigs. I'm including a photo of it I used for a poster I did with a classic "B-boy" vibe with my Conion C-100F ghettoblaster(Boombox is NOT included with the van) Cons: It has rust on the left panel(common for these)-they make a patch panel if you need to fix it. Paint is Wimbledon white but it could use a repaint after some body work. Needs one hood hinge(I do have a new one that goes with the van)Interior is bare so it can be used for just about anything. It is not a show piece by any means but it's cool as hell and gets attention(maybe the wrong kind if you drive near a school zone..lol!) You can drive this van anywhere and the running gear set-up is awesome. 6 cyl,Automatic,Power brake and steering. Still a little bit to go but it's almost there. I don't want to relist it as it's quite expensive to do so. Fingers crossed that it sells this time around.
