If you've been wanting a trike but are unable to afford the price of a gently used Mercedes (!) then here is your option. No putting your feet down at the stop light, ride and drive with ease! Carry extra people or stuff. Be the envy of the motorcycle club. No more hip or leg or back pain from trying to balance on one or two feet while at the light. The bike is (of course) equipped with reverse so never any need to push your way backwards out of a parking space. 1989 Honda Gold Wing 1500 with California Side Car, matching paint. 71,000 miles. I have a brand new cover still in the box (another cover was being used) plus two microphone plug ins. Tires have less than 500 miles on them. Starts up every time and runs great. NO LEAKS, so forks are fine and reverse works great. All lights work, dash and on the exterior of the bike. Onboard compressor works fine also. Cruise control, auto turn signals, horn, handlebar controls for radio channel, has Cassette player (like anyone still has any of those!?) mute, etc. This bike was owned by an older gentleman and the condition of the bike shows it. LOTS of paper work and still has the owners manual! The owner has put on backrest, armrests and a few other personalization items, but these can all be removed or leave as is. Ready to be personalized or "de" personalized as you see fit. Has an aftermarket windshield but I still have the original windshield as well. The bike is not perfect but it appears that the sidecar has been on for a long time and it has been a unit for quite some time. There are a few scuffs that I showed in the pictures that resulted from ill placed straps when the bike was transported in an enclosed trailer some time in the past. They look large in the pics because they are close ups, but the largest one is about 2" x 1" and the smaller scuff on the sidecar is about 1" x 1". Seat is in great shape as is sidecar interior. I'm 5'10" and weigh, well "2" much and I rode in the side car while my son drove. It is larger on the inside than you might think and easy enough to get in and out of. OR put your DOG back there!!! The top of the side car is missing two of the five snaps but stays in place just fine and the zip in windows come with the bike. There is a sandbag behind the seat in the sidecar for weight distribution. The sidecar can be manually adjustable with a few twists of a wrench according to riders preference. The paper work for the side car is in the bike trunk also. The cover for the radio broke off (common issue) and is missing in action. All lights work. Radio and CB work but speakers are 25 years old so don't be expecting to rock out with the 2016 Harleys! Exhaust is quiet. Has a trailer hitch and light plugs for trailer.
