1964 Ford Galaxie 500 390cui 4 Speed Survivor Hello, I have up for sale a beautiful survivor 1964 Ford Galaxie 500 390 4 speed car. I purchased this car about 10 years ago now from Georgia, did a few things to clean it up and put it in indoor storage until now. I've decided to move onto some other projects and do not have the time to complete this one the way I'd like to. This car is an extremely straight survivor, I planned to drop a drivetrain in it and do the interior and drive it as it is, just to show the history of the car. Body: The body on this car is in great shape, really straight with only a few minor dents here and there. No signs of ever being in any major accidents. The floors are extremely clean, I can only find a few quarter size holes on the passenger front floor board, see pictures. The trunk pan has no rust in it at all and is one of the most solid I've ever seen. The doors, hood and deck lid are rust free. The drivers side quarter has a hole the size of a silver dollar, see picture. In all the car is extremely straight! Interior: The interior will need some restoration work. The seats are in the car, the door panels are in good shape and can be restored or used as they are. The dash can be cleaned up to be presentable. The headliner will need to be done and the car needs new carpet. Drivetrain: This car comes with NO MOTOR or TRANSMISSION, I want to make that clear, this sale is only for the body. If you are interested in a drivetrain we may be able to possibly work something out. The trunk has a few drivetrain parts in it for the manual transmission, such as the bell housing, clutch, flex plate and etc. Over all this is a great project that won't take much work at all to get back on the road, it could be completed before the end of the summer with proper dedication of time.
